RULES AND REGULATION.

1. The ASUS Unleash Your Creativity contest will run from 1 March 2010 to 25 March 2010. 2. To qualify for the voting stages, your submission MUST arrive by MIDNIGHT 13 March 2010. ASUS and Lowyat.NET reserves the all rights to choose the shortlisted entries.

3. Any submission that is deemed offensive (contains vulgarities, nudity, racist or any inappropriate content) will be rejected by ASUS and Lowyat.NET. Only original submissions will be accepted. Plagiarized content will be removed and rejected. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained.

4. Winners will be contacted via email or DM.

5. The prizes are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or any items. ASUS reserves the absolute right to substitute the prizes with that of similar value at any time with or without prior notice.

6. The prizes shall not include any other expenses which might be solely borne by the winners.

7. The judges’ decision shall be final and conclusive. No appeal and/or correspondence will be entertained.

8. These terms and conditions will prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the contest.

9. By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and further agree that the decision of ASUS in relation to every aspect of the contest shall be final.

10. ASUS may at any time vary, modify, amend or delete any of the terms and conditions in its absolute discretion without prior notice.

11. ASUS will have the right to use and reproduce the winning images as they see fit. Non-acceptance of this clause may result in an alternative winner being chosen.
